• Fire resistant. Test result has shown wall made of foam concrete 100mm thickness could resist against fire for more than 2 hours
• Offer good thermal, sound and weather resistant. The cellular structure of GLOC foam concrete blocks comprise of many independent tiny and dispersed air sacs thus effectively prevent heat, sound and water from penetrating through it.
• Tested up to 45dB for sound proofing capabilities.
• Excellent workability. Can be planed, drilled, sawn using conventional tools. Demolition prevents breaking up of GLOC into dust or small particles, instead keeps the demolished particles into bigger pieces.
